Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for each client. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please notify Ayleen as soon as possible via text at (602) 435-9934 or email at ayleen@ayleencreates.com. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
